The Jaguars have been in arguably the biggest slump of any team currently holding a playoff spot.
After an 8-3 start, the Jaguars have lost four of their last five games, and may be without quarterback Trevor Lawrence for the second consecutive week.
Even so, a win in Week 18 over the Tennessee Titans negates all of the regular season struggles and gets Jacksonville into the postseason, and clinches their second straight AFC South crown.
If the Jaguars lose, though, they could find themselves on the outside looking in. Should the Texans and Steelers both win, combined with a Jaguars loss, Jacksonville will be eliminated from playoff contention.
Houston faces the Indianapolis Colts, while the Steelers face the Baltimore Ravens. Missing out on the playoffs would be an exclamation point on a monumental late-season collapse for the Jaguars. In a wide open AFC, though, anything can happen if and when they make it to the dance.
