With only two weeks remaining in the 2023 NFL regular season. The top of the NFL draft order is beginning to take shape. 

How the rest of the season finishes could cause plenty of shakeups atop the NFL draft order. And if the last couple of weeks have taught us one thing, it's that anything can happen.
