The Las Vegas Raiders need a change in their leadership position. They need a new head coach, and they need one badly. Josh McDaniels obviously isn't it. The fans know that, too, as they are going to the extreme to try and get rid of the guy.

The Raiders just suffered one of the most embarrassing losses in their franchise history. Maxx Crosby feels the same way.

The Bears were one of the worst teams in football, if not the worst, and they were without several starts, including their starting quarterback. Instead, McDaniels was out-coached by Matt Eberflus, and Brian Hoyer was out-played by an undrafted rookie Division Two quarterback.

Last year, they also had two embarrassing losses; well, at least two stand out above the rest. The Arizona Cardinals loss, where the team blew a 20-0 halftime lead, was embarrassing. The New Orleans Saints loss, where the team didn't pass the 50-yard line and was shut out, is the worst loss ever.

Something has to change. Fans are making sure something does change.

Someone, we aren't quite sure who it was just yet, but as soon as I find out, I'll make sure to credit them, made a Change.Org petition to get rid of McDaniels. The petition has nearly 15 thousand signatures as we speak.

Now, the petition isn't what will get him fired, mainly because Mark Davis does not care about a petition. However, it is cool, and maybe he will see it; who knows? Either way, something has to be done.

You can sign the petition here.
