The Philadelphia Eagles started their week off relatively healthy and ended it on the same note as they prepared to take on the Washington Commanders for their Week 8 matchup.

Heading into the week, questions around Jalen Hurts' knee injury from last week loomed, however, he was not listed on the injury report at all this week, which means he will be good to go on Sunday.

During Friday's press conference, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni shut down any uncertainty over Hurts' injury and game status.

"He's tough as heck, right? He's going to fight through any bumps and bruises that he has," Sirianni said. "As far as his game status and his practice status, he's been full, and his game status is not in question."

Injury report observations:

  • Wednesday was a walkthrough, while Thursday and Friday were normal practices.
  • Cornerback Bradley Roby (shoulder) was the only player, who did not practice all week and is ruled out.
  • James Bradberry (ankle), Zach Cunningham (ankle) and Jordan Davis (hamstring) were added to the injury report on Thursday.
  • Davis did not practice on Friday and is questionable for Sunday. The Eagles have enough depth at DT, though his presence would missed if he's unavailable.
  • Reed Blankenship (ribs) will return to the Eagles' secondary after missing last week. He'll be joined by the Eagles' newly acquired All-Pro safety Kevin Byard.

The Eagles are currently 6.5-point favorites over the Commanders.
