Roquan Smith put together quite a performance in the Baltimore Ravens’ 24-16 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 6.

From dropping back in coverage to helping to slow down the Derrick Henry-led Titans rush offense, Smith was all over the field in the Ravens’ third road win of their season. Overall, he tallied nine total tackles and featured in all of Baltimore’s snaps on defense against the AFC South side.

One of Smith’s tackles in Week 6 came on a play where he showed plenty of heart and hustle.

Titans quarterback Malik Willis connected with Tyjae Spears on a crucial third down play in the late stages of the fourth quarter. Spears showed off his top-class speed against Baltimore, and while it seemed at one point that he would reach the end zone for the second time this season, Smith had other plans in mind. The one-time Pro Bowler went all out to make sure that the rookie running back would not score a touchdown on the play.

Smith sure has continued to prove that the Ravens made the right call when they came to terms with him on a five-year, $100 million deal last year.

Smith ranks in the top 10 in several defensive stats this season, including total tackles (63).
