Former Tennessee Vols quarterback Josh Dobbs has been in the NFL since 2017, but he's still relatively inexperienced when it comes to regular season action.

Dobbs didn't receive his first NFL starts until Week 17 and Week 18 last year with the Tennessee Titans.

The former Tennessee standout has started the first six games of the 2023 season for the Arizona Cardinals, which means he actually has less starting experience than second year quarterbacks like Kenny Pickett, Brock Purdy, and Desmond Ridder.

This past week, Dobbs and the Cardinals faced the Los Angeles Rams. And Dobbs received what might have been his first true "Welcome to the NFL" moment.

On one play, Dobbs was absolutely destroyed by Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald, a three-time NFL defensive player of the year.

Here's the all-22 view.

And here's the TV view.

Sheesh. Donald is one of the best players in the entire league. And Sunday was the first time that Dobbs faced him on the field. I'm betting the former Vol won't forget their first meeting.
