Naturally, whenever one of your franchise's legends chime in, people will listen.

Indianapolis Colts legend Tony Dungy decided to share his thoughts on the 2023 Colts with the entire world over social media.

Dungy sharing this level of confidence in Colts rookie head coach Shane Steichen is quite the endorsement. Steichen's ability to build an offense that can have success with both their starter and backup so far this season has been beyond impressive. Fans have already gotten behind the hire, as well as opposing head coaches, when Rams head coach Sean McVay had high praise of Steichen and his staff after their game.

And now it has led Dungy, a Hall of Fame head coach that many view as the greatest Colts head coach of all time, to chime in with his thoughts. Steichen isn't the type to comment on his performance in a positive light, but this has to be an incredible honor to hear so early into this tenure as a head coach.
