Everyone has to be careful with what they read on social media on April 1. Anyone will do anything for a fun joke, and the Buffalo Bills are the latest to jump on the trend. 

The team posted an announcement on X, formerly known as Twitter, claiming that they are providing fans with a very unique and extreme opportunity. 

"A move that's never been done before…

We're allowing a member of Bills Mafia to pick one of our 2024 Draft selections.

Repost for your chance to win.

Rules: http://bufbills.co/43GhDKU," the Bills wrote.  

However, when fans click on the link, the top clearly states that people have been tricked. 

"APRIL FOOLS’. YOU HAVE BEEN FOOLED," it says. And if fans scroll to the bottom, it also says, "THIS IS NOT A VALID SWEEPSTAKES AND IS SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY."

So sorry fans, but there is no chance that the Bills organization is going to let you draft someone for them. 

Buffalo currently has 11 picks in the 2024 NFL Draft, but things can always change. If the draft began today, here is their full list of selections.
