The Kansas City Chiefs have a great system in place for recruiting players to join them. It's simple, really. They win, and they do it a lot at the highest level possible. When you're a dynasty, you don't have to do much to get other players to want to play for you.

While that is true, there is one thing the team does that usually works. For Drue Tranquill last offseason, it was head coach Andy Reid telling him to "think red, think diamonds," as in winning Super Bowl rings. And it worked.

Since then, Tranquill has used the same saying. Charles Omenihu has also recruited players to the Chiefs, having only played 11 games for the team. Now, their newest player is already doing that, too.

According to Adam Schefter, free agent RB J.K. Dobbins is currently in Kansas City visiting the Chiefs, where he could have a key role behind Pacheco with Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon not returning to the Chiefs. Hobbins is currently recovering from an injury.

Hollywood Brown, recently signed by the Chiefs, tweeted at his former Baltimore Ravens teammate, J.K. Dobbins, to "think diamonds."

Brown is already doing his recruiting, and he hasn't even played a snap yet, let alone practiced for the Chiefs.
