Somehow Puka Nacua is already getting better than he was during his historic 2023 rookie season.

He has been training with Los Angeles Rams veteran wide receiver Cooper Kupp, and he is already seeing returns on those training sessions.

“I’ve slimmed down a little bit from what I was. I was pretty heavy,” Nacua said on Maxx Crosby's podcast. “The game was physical, I definitely feel like I played the game physical but I feel like I could maybe lose a couple of pounds. Last season, I was close to like 220 for most of the season. I was up there. I’m probably around 210 right now. I feel a lot better.”

Nacua is an unbelievable talent. He broke several records during his rookie season. Now, if he is lighter, he will be able to beat press coverage – a struggle point from the 2023 season.

With Nacua getting better, and Kupp returning to his usual form, the Rams offense could be one of the most difficult codes to crack for opposing teams.

Now it is time for Nacua to live up to the hype – again.
