Jason Kelce's iconic shirtless moment during the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl run has truly become a highlight of the 2023 season. And even the Chiefs couldn't help but pay tribute to it during their recent celebratory event.
"And in other news, I made it to the Super Bowl Ring Ceremony. Not in person, but in spirit," the older Kelce brother said on their New Heights podcast.
Jason was a fan of the figurine that all guests were gifted, but there was just one thing that did bother him.
"I like everything about it other than me holding a Super Bowl that I lost. And it is like the death of me," he said. "But other than that, I think that the whole thing is pretty dope."
In January, the cold was no match for the former Philadelphia Eagles center after Travis Kelce found his way into the end zone. He screamed in celebration with a beer in his hand, cheering for his brother and the Chiefs. Oh and not to mention, he didn't have a shirt on.
This was such a huge moment during Kansas City's playoff run, so they had to pay tribute to it during their Super Bowl ring ceremony on Thursday night.
It was Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who posted about it on her Instagram story.
A little figure was handed out to everyone, and it was an exact replica of this photo.

But rather than a beer in his hand, it was replaced. In one hand, he is holding the logo for Super Bowl LVII and in the other is Super Bowl LVIII.
And while Jason wasn't a fan of that one aspect of it, Travis did manage to snag him one. And he knows exactly what to do with it.
"I might make it into a Christmas ornament," Jason explained.
But Travis put an end to that idea.
"That thing is heavy dude. That thing is solid."
Regardless, Jason has a plan to solve the issue of him holding up the logo for the Super Bowl that he lost.
"I'm just going to saw off my right arm. I'm just going to saw that one off," Jason said.
Super Bowl LVII was a heartbreaking loss for Jason and the Eagles, who fell to the Chiefs by just three points. And it was a game winning field goal by Harrison Butker that occurred because of a defensive holding call on Philadelphia cornerback James Bradberry.
However, Jason was able to retire with one Super Bowl championship on his resume, having beaten the New England Patriots in 2018.
So once that arm is sawed off, the figurine will be perfect.
