The Philadelphia Eagles wrapped up their offseason program last week, which means we won't see them back on the practice field until training camp kicks off at the end of July.

The Eagles' final phase of the program and first-ever minicamp under head coach Nick Sirianni was a great first look at what the 53-man roster might look like in 2024.

And below, we're going to project that roster … even if it is way too early to really know exactly who is in and who is out.

Note: Players with single asterisk (*) are 2024 draft picks and players with double asterisks (**) are 2024 undrafted free agents.

Quarterback (3)

IN: Jalen Hurts, Kenny Pickett, Tanner McKee
OUT: Will Grier

The Skinny: Obviously, Jalen Hurts is the starting quarterback of this football team but Kenny Pickett stole the show through OTAs and mandatory minicamp. Some were saying he's going to steal Hurts' job, but the reality is that he's going to make a great QB2.

Running Back (3)

IN: Saquon Barkley, Kenneth Gainwell, Will Shipley*
OUT: Lew Nichols, Tyrion Davis-Price, Kendall Milton**

The Skinny: The Eagles running back room looked sharp throughout spring practice and both rookies Will Shipley and Kendall Milton shined, however only one of them will make the final roster.

Wide receiver (6)

IN: A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Britain Covey, Parris Campbell, Ainias Smith*, Johnny Wilson*

OUT: Justin Watkins Jr., Jacob Harris, Shaquan Davis, Joseph Ngata, Griffin Herbert, Talik Keaton**, John Ross, Griffin Hebert, Shaquan Davis, Jacob Harris

The Skinny: The Eagles can't afford to let Britain Covey get away. Johnny Wilson has looked better than Ainias Smith so far, but Smith is still making his way back from an injury. Parris Campbell and Jalen Hurts appear to have a solid connection.

Tight end (3)

IN: Dallas Goedert, C.J. Uzomah, Grant Calcaterra
OUT: Noah Togiai, McCallan Castles**, Albert Okwuegbunam

The Skinny: CJ Uzomah provides more of a veteran presence while Grant Calcaterra has shown improvement.

Offensive line (9)

IN: Jordan Mailata, Landon Dickerson, Cam Jurgens, Tyler Steen, Lane Johnson, Mekhi Becton, Matt Hennessey, Trevor Keegan*, Dylan McMahon

OUT: Brett Toth, Lecitus Smith, Darian Kinnard, Le'Raven Clark, Gottlieb Ayedze**, Anim Dankwah**, Jason Poe, Fred Johnson

The Skinny: Matt Hennessey was signed to be a rotating backup across the offensive line, but now the Eagles have Mekhi Becton on the roster who looked good taking reps at tackle and guard. Good thing there's room for both of them.

Edge (5)

IN: Bryce Huff, Josh Sweat, Brandon Graham, Nolan Smith, Jalyx Hunt

OUT: Terrell Lewis, Tarron Jackson, Patrick Johnson, Julian Okwara

The Skinny: From what reporters who were present are saying, it sounds like there is no question that these five are all locks.

Defensive Tackle (6)

IN: Jordan Davis, Jalen Carter, Milton Williams, Moro Ojomo, Marlon Tuipulotu, P.J. Mustipher

OUT: Thomas Booker, Noah Ellis, Gabe Hall**

The Skinny: Expect big things from Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter this fall as they feel the void left by Fletcher Cox.

Linebacker (5)

IN: Devin White, Nakobe Dean, Jeremiah Trotter Jr., Oren Burks, Zach Baun

OUT: Brandon Smith, Ben VanSumeren

The Skinny: Vic Fangio appeared to be a big fan of Devin White and Zach Baun as the favored starters here.

Cornerback (6)

IN: Darius Slay, Quinyon Michell*, Avonte Maddox, Kelee Ringo, Cooper DeJean*, Josh Jobe, Isaiah Rodgers

OUT: James Bradberry (cut or trade), Eli Ricks, Tyler Hall, Mario Goodrich, Shon Stehpens**

The Skinny: I am still convinced James Bradberry won't be around come training camp. He did take reps at safety but was hurt on Day 1 of mandatory minicamp. Isaiah Rodgers received a lot of praise from his teammates and reporters in attendance.

Safety (3)

IN: Reed Blankenship, Sydney Brown, Chauncey Gardner-Johnson

OUT: Andre' Sam**, Mekhi Garnder, Tristin McCollum

The Skinny: It will be interesting to see what the Eagles end up doing here given the versatility of Cooper DeJean, Avonte Maddox, and even Bradberry. But for now, this is what the safety room might look like.

Specialists (3)

IN: Jake Elliott, Braden Mann, Rick Lovato
OUT: none

The Skinny: The Eagles showed their kickers some love this offseason, signing Jake Elliott to a longer deal and re-signing Braden Mann and Rick Lovato to new deals as well. These are locks.
