Day 3 of the NFL draft is where championship rosters are built.

After swapping some picks with the San Francisco 49ers in a trade to acquire BYU OT Kingsley Suamataia on Day 2, the Kansas City Chiefs are slated to make five selections in Rounds 4 through 7. That's their second trade of the 2024 NFL draft after moving up in Round 1 to select Texas WR Xavier Worthy

It's tough to keep up with all the movement and exchange of draft picks, so below you'll find an updated list of picks for Kansas City.

  • Round 2: No. 63 overall: BYU OT Kingsley Suamataia
  • Round 4: No. 131 overall:
  • Round 4: No. 133 overall (Worthy trade):
  • Round 5: No. 159 overall:
  • Round 6: No. 211 overall (Suamataia trade)

Picks sent to 49ers in the Kingsley Suamataia trade

  • Round 2: No. 64
  • Round 5: No. 173 overall (compensatory)

Remember, that Brett Veach has made no fewer than six selections in a given draft and no more than 10 picks. They've got the ammo to move around and be selective or they can sit back, let the cards fall as they may, and throw some darts. No matter what they'll add talent to a roster that isn't even 100 days removed from being a championship roster.
