Former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Ramel Keyton is heading out west after agreeing to an undrafted free agent deal with the Las Vegas Raiders after the completion of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Keyton is a former four-star recruit from Marietta, GA who signed with the Vols during the 2019 recruiting cycle.

Keyton had relatively quiet first couple of seasons at Tennessee before breaking out in 2022 while filling in for injured wide receiver Cedric Tillman (a 2023 third round selection by the Cleveland Browns).

The former Vol caught 31 passes for 562 yards and five touchdowns in 2022 (in 2023, Keyton caught 35 passes for 642 yards and six touchdowns).

During Keyton's breakout season in 2022, he also made one of the best catches you'll ever see in a college football game. And it came at a critical point in the game, too.

In Tennessee's win against Florida in Knoxville in 2022, Keyton made an incredible diving catch that kept the Vols' drive going just before halftime. Tennessee would later score to take a 17-14 lead over the Gators.

Keyton was fully extended and essentially caught that pass with his finger tips. If he doesn't make that catch, maybe the Vols' drive stalls outs and Florida ends up getting the win.

That's a clutch play from a wide receiver who will be hoping to make some similar plays for the Raiders in the coming years.
