The Houston Texans will be the center of attention for the NFL next week, as they have a very important decision to make.
The Texans are one of the newer franchises in the NFL. In fact, they are the newest, as they were the last expansion team in 2002. So, there still isn't as much history as other teams have.
However, they are a team that everyone will be watching because of their success in 2023 and the success they are expected to have going forward. And, well, the MNFL will soon decide who will be the primary owner of the team.
According to Jonathan M Alexander of the Houston Chronicle, the NFL is expected to vote next week on whether to make Cal McNair the principal owner of the Houston Texans franchise, as Janice McNair is currently the principal owner.
Janice McNair, 87, has been the Texans' principal owner since November 2018, after her husband, Bob McNair, passed away. She is one of 10 women who are principal owners of NFL teams after the 2023 season.
