What was on pace to be one of the worst first-half season-opening performances in Pittsburgh Steelers history ended in promise.

After a first half that netted 15 total yards prior to the last dive, Pittsburgh's offense came to life.

Kenny Pickett and CO. marched 95 yards in two minutes, with an ending that fans were desperately waiting for:

Picket to MUUUUTH

The Steelers still trail 20-7 at the half and are being outplayed in every facet of the game, including a massive disparity in total yards, with S.F. allocating 222 total yards to Pittsburgh's 77.

But every comeback needs a spark, and the duo of Pickett and Freiermuth may prove to be that for the Steelers.

Pickett's go-to man in the red zone, these two have a chemistry where it matters most.

So hopefully with a lot of game left, Pittsburgh uses their late rally in the first half as momentum for the rest of the game.
