The jury is still out on the Tennessee Vols after their tougher-than-expected 30-13 win against Austin Peay this past Saturday.

247Sports revealed their post Week Two bowl game projections on Monday morning and they acknowledged that they'll have a better feel for who the Vols are this season after this weekend's showdown with the Florida Gators in Gainesville.

For now, though, 247Sports has Tennessee playing Iowa in the Citrus Bowl in Orlando.

From 247Sports: Tennessee has work to do as the SEC's best non-New Year's Six team this fall according to our updated projections and Iowa, despite being 2-0, is still a work in progress offensively. There will be a better feel of the Volunteers' worth following next weekend's trip to Gainesville to take on the Gators. The Hawkeyes' biggest threat in the Big Ten West is Wisconsin, but the Badgers already showed a great deal of vulnerability early after losing at Washington State.

Tennessee obviously has higher goals than the Citrus Bowl. But through the first two games of the season, the Vols haven't truly revealed their identity yet. We're still learning what this Tennessee team's strength will be. And until that's revealed, it's tough to predict that the Vols will return to a New Year's Six bowl or reach the College Football Playoff.

A big win against Florida on Saturday night in the Swamp, however, could quickly change all of that.
