Jaguars football is back tomorrow, as the team kicks off preseason action in a matchup vs the Cowboys in Dallas at 5 pm EST.

Before you tune into the game, here are five things to look out for:

1. Starters- Doug Pederson stated earlier this week that he wants his first-string guys on the field. "I'm a big believer in the starters playing… they need to feel that energy that comes with starting a football game," Pederson told NFL Network. Although the starters will see some reps, they'll be very limited. Pederson said he anticipates them seeing the field for just one or two series.

2. Tank Bigsby- if any position is in the spotlight during the preseason, it's the running back. The running attack sustains the game flow, to keep the game moving at the pace it needs to be. Tank Bigsby will have plenty of opportunities to show what he can do for the Jags.

3. DB position- Tyson Campbell will most likely not play, as he's battling a concussion, but the Jags drafted three rookie DBs (Antonio Johnson, Christian Braswell, and Erick Hallett) in the 5th and 6th rounds that will certainly be taking advantage of every rep given to them.

4. Special Teams- Keep a look out for players that perform well on both offense/defense and special teams. These are the players that will most likely make the roster- there are three phases in football after all.

5. Football! Watch football and enjoy it. Even if the next three games don't count, the long, offseason drought is over and that is something to celebrate.
