The Denver Broncos head coach let all of the media know what happened with one of their rookies.

The Broncos opened up their training camp to the media on Wednesday, in which Payton later told them about the news of wide receiver Marvin Mims, who had recently been injured.

"He'll be full probably in about four days, five days, maybe a week," Sean Payton told the media on Wednesday. "And it's not the same hamstring. It's something from a workout more recently."

While it isn't serious, Mims is still missing some very valuable time, especially for a rookie who is trying to find his role in a new system with a new head coach.

Mims was valued in the draft by the Broncos because of some of the abilities he has. They took him because of his speed and the ability to be on punt or kick return. If he isn't out there, they could easily find someone they like better.

Luckily Mims is still going to be okay.
