Diggs has a bruised toe according to Cowboys' head coach Mike McCarthy. However, they're no concerns going forward.
Diggs won't practice on Saturday and players are off on Sunday. The hope is that Diggs will resume practice sometime in the next few days.
“I know he wants to be out there," McCarthy said. "It’s more of the doctors, just making sure that it’s not more than it is.”
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones added that Diggs could be out until the team gets back to Dallas which will be a couple of weeks. Simply put, Dallas will be cautious with Diggs.
This is the way to go for the Cowboys when it comes to their new $100 million dollar man.
