The Denver Broncos just lost their first free agent during the legal tampering period.

On Monday, former Broncos full back and tight end Andrew Beck signed with the Houston Texans.

Beck has started 10 games in four years for the Broncos and played in 51 games. Beck finished his Broncos career with 14 catches for 159 yards and a touchdown.

The veteran played in 13 games last season, and was used as a blocker, and played a ton of special teams. He was down the depth chart for the Broncos' tight ends, but he was great when he did play at the position.

The Texans are getting a versatile player.
