Former Tennessee Titans RG Nate Davis is in agreement with the Chicago Bears on a three-year, $30 million deal.

With Davis out of the picture, the Titans will now need to replace up to four offensive line starters from 2022. LT Taylor Lewan and C Ben Jones were both released by Tennessee earlier this offseason.

Davis has started 54 games over his four-year NFL career in Nashville. While injuries have been an issue over the last two seasons, Davis has been a huge part of Tennessee's success in the run game when on the field. He now cashes in on his hard work with the Titans, with $19.5 million guaranteed in his new contract.

Perhaps another factor into Davis' free agent decision is his familiarity with the coaching staff. Davis is reuniting with former Titans tight ends coach Luke Steckel, who left the team for a job as the Bears' assistant offensive line coach last month.

Chicago continues to make a splash this offseason. WR D.J. Moore, LB T.J. Edwards, and LB Tremaine Edmunds have all been added in recent days along with Davis.
