Giants given two extra draft picks on Thursday
The Giants got more of what they needed on Thursday.
The New York Giants have been making moves so far this week.
Their roster looks a bit more determined after locking up Daniel Jones at quarterback as well as franchise tagging Saquon Barkley. Now, they just got some more good news.
The Giants will be receiving two compensation picks in this year's NFL draft.
The Giants are receiving these picks because of the losses of Lorenzo Carter and Keion Crossen.
The first compensation pick will be the 172nd overall. It's in the fifth round of the draft. The latter of the two picks will be in the seventh round at pick 254.
Since 1994, the Giants have received 30 compensation picks.
