The Denver Broncos can now mark something off their list that they went into the 2023 offseason prioritizing.

They needed another safety, big time. They originally had lost Kareem Jackson as he became a free agent. He went on Good Morning Football saying that he wanted to play at least one more year, and he wanted to play for a contender, so most people ruled hs returning out.

But, on Monday it was announced he would be returning to the Broncos on a one-year deal as the starting safety, just a week after the Broncos draft safety JL Skinner.

Jackson, who is entering his age 35 seasons, is a guy that brings chemistry, consistency, and experience. He and Justin Simmons can get back to being one of the best safety duos in the league, and the Broncos can mark one big need off of their list.

But, now this gives Skinner more time to develop behind an experienced pair of safety duos, which has to be exciting.
