The New York Giants were already loaded at defensive tackle before the NFL Draft with Leonard Williams, Dexter Lawrence, and A'Shawn Robinson. However, they added another piece in the seventh round when they took Jordon Riley.

The former Oregon Duck will see his bank account get a little swollen as he and the Giants recently agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth $3.923 million with an $83,032 signing bonus.

Riley's base salaries:

2023: $750,000

2024: $915,000

2025: $1,030,000

2026: $1,145,000

Riley spent time at North Carolina and Nebraska before attending Oregon. He was never much of a sack guy, but Riley is a space-eater at 6'5" and 330 pounds and has a high ceiling as a run defender.

The Giants had one of the worst run defenses in the NFL last season despite being a playoff team. So, the hope is that Riley can help turn that around as a part of a solid rotation.
