Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love thought he was being clever, but only embarrassed himself on Sunday when he tried to trash talk the Chicago Bears fanbase.
In a video that has since gone viral, Love wished a happy Father's Day to "all the Bears fans out there," implying that…he is their son?
Now, I don't know about you…but I've certainly never heard a father wish their children a happy Father's Day. Typically that's the other way around. I guess Love is letting everyone know in advance that the Bears fanbase will be his father during this next era of NFC North football.
Aaron Rodgers may have talked his fair amount of trash with Green Bay…but at least he backed it up. He could look into the camera and yell "I own you" to the city of Chicago all he wanted. As much as it may have pained Bears fans…Rodgers was right.
But number 12 hasn't even been gone from Green Bay for two months and the new starting quarterback is already embarrassing himself on social media.
I'm sure this video won't come back to bite him when he squares off with Justin Fields and the Bears this fall. Chicago definitely won't use this against him….right? Wrong.
