Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is developing into one of the most recognizable athletes in the nation.

Kelce was already a superstar before the Chiefs' most recent Super Bowl win, but it seems like his fame has hit another level over the last two months.

From hosting Saturday Night Live to his insanely popular "New Heights" podcast, it seems like Kelce is everywhere these days.

Despite the new levels of fame, Kelce's heart is still in Kansas City.

Kelce appeared on "Fescoe in the Morning" this week and he made sure to take time to praise Chiefs fans and Arrowhead Stadium.

"Man, I'll tell you what, there's something about Arrowhead, man," said Kelce. "It's such a special place. It's such a special, you know, unique atmosphere."

"I've been blessed, I didn't really know what I was getting myself into 10 years ago when I got drafted here," added Kelce. "And it's just been…it's been such a luxury to have the fans, to have the community support you both on and off the field. It's just been — it's been a delight, man. I just tell everybody how much I absolutely love this place, man."

It's obvious that Kansas City is special to Kelce.

Of course, that's not surprising. Chiefs fans have long been known as one of the most passionate fan bases in pro sports. Who wouldn't want to play in front of one of the best crowds in the NFL? And in one of the most celebrated stadiums in the league?

Kelce isn't taking Chiefs fans for granted. And that's something Kansas City fans should certainly appreciate about him.
