The Buffalo Bills might not have the reputation that Kyle Shanahan's San Francisco 49ers have when it comes to their coaching farm system.
But little by little, NFL teams are looking at the Bills for coaching candidates more and more.
Last year, Brian Daboll noticeably left for the New York Giants to be their head coach. This offseason, OC Ken Dorsey, DC Leslie Frazier, and QB coach Joe Brady have fielded interviews from around the NFL.
And keep in mind, there's a lot to figure out around the league as the final available coaching spots get filled.
Add one more Bills coach to the list. WR coach Chad Hall, who's witnessed Stefon Diggs' success in Buffalo firsthand.
According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Hall is interviewing with the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday for their offensive coordinator opening. The Ravens moved on from Greg Roman earlier in the year in a move that made waves around the NFL.
Hall is quite the personality in the Bills' coaching staff. He gets fired up on the sidelines and has a hands-on approach with the players. In the clip below, Hall describes his coaching philosophy, claiming the relationship with his players is what drives him.
The former NFL wide receiver has come a long way and even if nothing materializes this offseason, it's a name to keep a close eye on for the Bills.
