The New Orleans Saints are currently tied for second place in the NFC South. Today, they are going against the NFC-leading Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles already own their first round pick for this year, and it is currently slated to be a top-10 pick.
In all likelihood, the Saints want to win this game, so that the Eagles can't add another superstar to a star-studded team. Well, they got just the news that can give them hope. Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore and rookie wide receiver Chris Olave are slated to play in Week 17.
This is an obvious big boost to a defense that needs to shut down two star receivers in DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown, and for an offense that will need to put up points if they are to have any hope of winning.
