Game recognize game. And Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen won't shy away from taking an L against Joe Burrow.

The two quarterbacks will finally game after their first encounter was cut short due to Damar Hamlin's scary collapse. Fortunately, Hamlin is doing so well in his recovery that he's visiting the Bills facilities almost daily, per HC Sean McDermott.

But Allen's comments on losing to Joe Burrow have nothing to do with the outcome of Sunday's Divisional Round playoff game versus the Cincinnati Bengals (more on that later). It has to do with… well, clothing.

"I have no swag," admitted Josh Allen back in October on Von Miller's podcast.

To be fair, Josh Allen is being modest here. How else can you explain the following pregame attires from the Bills QB?

  • Ryan Fitzpatrick jersey
  • "Keep Buffalo a Secret" t-shirt.
  • Damar Hamlin's #3 sweatshirt.

But you see what he means when you look at Joe Burrow's outfits. He definitely deserves the Joe Cool nicknames thrown his way.

Of course, this is all good fun but…

On to the actual Bills-Bengals QB match-up

This will be a high-stakes playoff game with two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Every traditional and advanced stat will tell you exactly what we already know based on the eye test. These are elite QBs at work.

Their styles are different, though. Josh Allen is a master of extending plays and might have the best arm talent in the entire NFL. His game is all about toughness and trick-shot magic. Did I mention his arm talent? Yes? Well, I'll mention it again.

It's supreme.

Meanwhile, although Burrow is underrated when it comes to creating something out of nothing, his biggest strength is his accuracy. Paired with great processing and great pocket awareness, he can operate from the pocket like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.

Both teams have great rosters around them (albeit banged up, especially the Bengals' offensive line). And while I'm a huge advocate of covering the sport by focusing on more than just the quarterbacks as this is the ultimate team sport, this one is simpler than that.

This one is about the quarterbacks. Covering it otherwise would be a disservice to their match-up. Joe Burrow vs Josh Allen. Two heavyweights in a main event. If you could fit a football field on Madison Square Garden, you'd have to play this one there.

Anyone who remotely enjoys football is in for a treat on Sunday as these two fight it out for a pass to the AFC Championship Game.
