Talk about a perfect way to start the game for the Buffalo Bills.

After one of the toughest weeks in franchise history, as Damar Hamlin was (and still is) recovering at UC Health, the Bills are playing for their teammate.

Bills QB Josh Allen made that clear before leading his team to the playing field saying they were playing for the No. 3 every player is wearing on the front of their jerseys today.

Nyheim Hines provided the moment of the week shortly after by taking the opening kickoff to the house.

What was even better than the touchdown itself was the reaction from teammates and coaches on the Bills' sideline. Emotion overcame everyone as everyone thought the exact same thing.

That moment was for Damar Hamlin, who's watching the game from the hospital.

Sometimes sports moments feel larger than life. This was one of them. For the Bills. For Hamlin. For the city. For the entire NFL.

At the time of this writing, the game is tied at seven between the Bills and Patriots.

But Bills Mafia will never forget this moment.
