Jones is in his 7th year in the league, and thanks to Aaron Donald's superstardom, Jones' elite ability and performance has largely flown under the radar. He is a strong pass rusher, and anchor in the middle of the defensive line, and can be a game breaker for the Chiefs. He has been a consistent cog for the Chiefs during their recent success, and could very well be headed to the Pro Football Hall of Fame if he keeps it up.
