At last, the final preseason game for the Cleveland Browns is here as they will take on the Kansas City Chiefs.
In a trip to Arrowhead Stadium, we will see plenty of Browns’ starters dressed and out there for action. Expect these starters to play for about 20-25 snaps or two to three series.
Deshaun Watson has only played in one series so far this preseason, so today should be beneficial for him in-game action.
Earlier in the week, Grant Delpit left practice after a collision that looked pretty bad. He was able to dress and be with the team on the very next day.
Following the starters, all eyes will be on the players who are battling for roster spots. Some of those players are undrafted free agents, while others are wanting to make the team for another season.
With wideout Anthony Schwartz inactive with a hamstring, his time in Cleveland is likely over.
Kansas City is opting to sit out some of their best players in the final preseason game, as it usually is Andy Reid’s plan.
Below is a look at who will not be suiting up in the final dress rehearsal for the Browns.
Browns’ inactive list:
WR Anthony Schwartz
WR Mike Woods II
WR Jaelon Darden
WR Marquise Goodwin
CB Mike Ford Jr.
CB Cameron Mitchell
RB Jerome Ford
DE Isaiah Thomas
G Wes Martin
G Drew Forbes
TE Harrison Bryant
DE Alex Wright
Dorian Thompson-Robinson’s rise allowed the Browns to trade Joshua Dobbs
The Browns had to make the move due to the rookie earning it.
