Dre Greenlaw has yet to miss a game for the San Francisco 49ers this season, but the linebacker would appear to be in danger of not featuring against the Cleveland Browns in Week 6.
Greenlaw, having rested on Wednesday, missed practice through injury on Thursday, plunging his status for a tricky road assignment into doubt.
Aside from another injury concern for Fred Warner's running mate, it was good news on the injury front for San Francisco.

Injury report observations
Durability has been an issue for Greenlaw over the course of his career.
He has not played in a full season since his rookie year, though he did start 15 of 17 games in 2022.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan has not given up hope of him featuring in Week 6.
Shanahan told KNBR: "Dre couldn't go today, so hopefully he'll feel better tomorrow."
Better news came as starting left guard Aaron Banks practiced for the second straight day, albeit in a limited capacity, indicating he will likely be available to face a talented Browns front after injuring his shoulder in last Sunday's blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys.
Running back Elijah Mitchell, who has missed the last two games with a knee injury, finally made his return, meaning lead tailback Christian McCaffrey may have even more insurance who can take some of the strain off his shoulders in a matchup where the ground game will be pivotal given the pass rush Brock Purdy will be tasked with facing.
49ers’ Randy Gregory ready to help pass rush wreak even more havoc
He’s adding to an already elite pass rush.
