The Pittsburgh Steelers received some surprising injury news pertaining to T.J. Watt yesterday. 

Hoping it was just a scare, here is what we found out about Watt, Freiermuth and others on the final injury report of the week:

Injury Report Observations:

  • TE Pat Freiermuth: Muth being downgraded to limited after being full was a bad sign yesterday. We then received the report that Muth would be out Sunday and potentially longer. It seemed as if Muth was coming back a little early based on the initial prognosis. I wouldn't rule out a trip to the injured reserve as well for Muth. 
  • EDGE T.J. Watt: Watt not practicing at all on Thursday was a surprise no one in Pittsburgh wanted. To see him good to go for Sunday is a major sigh of relief for all Steelers fans.
