Kenyan Drake is 29 years old and has been in the NFL since 2016. He's played for the Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders, and Baltimore Ravens. This year, he's been with several teams: Indianapolis Colts, Ravens again, and Cleveland Browns. However, he's played just two games, both for the Ravens, with one carry for no yards and two receptions for 31 yards.
Historically, Kenyan Drake has been a versatile running back. He's had 3,866 rushing yards and 1,655 receiving yards in his NFL career.
Kenyan Drake's most productive season was in 2020, when he started 13 games for the Cardinals. He finished the year with 955 rushing yards, 137 receiving yards, and 10 touchdowns. He's had a solid average of 4.5 yards per carry in the league.
He will wear number 32 for the Packers.
Running back depth
The Packers have three running backs on their 53-man roster, but Aaron Jones didn't play the last two games because of a knee injury. The decision to sign Drake might not be a great indication for Jones' injury status going into Monday night, when the Packers face the New York Giants.
AJ Dillon and Patrick Taylor are also on the active roster. The Packers have rookie Ellis Merriweather on the practice squad.
James Robinson, who has been cut, was active in the last two games but didn't play against the Detroit Lions. He had one rushing attempt for two yards and a reception for -2 yards versus the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night.
