Cleveland Browns are going into Week 15 with an 8-5 record and they’ll host the Chicago Bears.

The Browns are dealing with a serious rash of injuries, with many of them being serious. Dawand Jones, Jedrick Wills Jr., Maurice Hurst, and likely Ogbo Okoronkwo have all had their season ended in the last few days.

The first practice of Week 15 will have DT Jordan Elliott, RB Kareem Hunt, S Juan Thornhill, C Ethan Pocic, and Okoronkwo not practicing.

Additionally, it is a rest day for DE Myles Garrett, WR Amari Cooper, K Dustin Hopkins, LG Joel Bitonio, and TE David Njoku.

Elliott is currently in the concussion protocol and would be a serious loss with Hurst out for the season in terms of depth. Cleveland likely turns to veteran DT Shelby Harris, who has had a nice campaign.

Hunt should be fine and good to go in Week 15 and will likely practice later in the week (groin).

Another major worry is Pocic being out with a stinger injury that came about against the Jaguars. Cleveland is already going to start their third and fourth tackles in Geron Christian and James Hudson, Pocic would be the third offensive lineman to be out on Sunday if he can’t go.

Okoronkwo’s injury is reportedly season-ending but Kevin Stefanski said he was holding out hope on that one.

A full injury report will be available for both teams this evening here.
