With the 2023 NFL season soon coming to a close, attention will soon shift to the next wave of college football stars who are heading to the NFL. 

The NFL is now allowing draft-eligible underclassmen to participate in college football All-Star games for the first time. The deadline for underclassmen to petition the NFL for special eligibility for the 2024 NFL draft is set for Friday, Jan. 5. The league will announce a full list of players to have declared on Tuesday, Jan. 9.

Below you'll find all of the underclassmen who have announced their intentions to declare for the 2024 NFL draft.
