When you finish a season with a 14-3 record, it's going to be easy for teams to look at your organization for their next hires.

The Vikings did just that in 2022 when they hired general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and head coach Kevin O'Connell from the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams, respectively.

Now that the Vikings are in a great spot with multiple assistants seeing a lot of success, they will have to be worried about the potential of losing them to other teams. With the regular season having just ended, the Vikings are already starting to see their personnel get calls about interviews for promotions.
