Taylor Swift uses New Heights platform to fire back with the perfect shot at male sports fans
She didn’t hold back!
Taylor Swift has heard it all.
The singer is aware of what many sports fans have said about her since she began a regular presence across the NFL. I mean, just look back at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans when she was booed after being shown on the Jumbotron.
However, Swift isn’t backing down and took a savage but perfect shot at “male sports fans” during the teaser for an upcoming episode of New Heights. It started with Kelce introducing the singer by listing off all of her accomplishments, and afterwards, Swift cut in with the ultimate line.
“I think we all know that if there’s one thing that male sports fans wanna see in their spaces and on their screens, it’s more of me,” she joked.
And this directly relates to a comment she made in 2023 after being named Time’s Person of the Year when asked about her attendance at Chiefs games.
“I’m just there to support Travis,” Swift told Time. “I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
Swift will be making her New Heights debut on Wednesday, with the episode premiering at 7 p.m. ET. She already announced a new album through the podcast, but who knows what else the trio will talk about on this episode.
7 p.m. ET can’t come soon enough!
