Update: The Chiefs added a new injury and game status designation for WR Xavier Worthy on Sunday.

Other than that, however, they are as healthy as they have been all season. Let’s take a look at the Chiefs’ final injury report for their Week 5 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football.
