Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little just accomplished a feat that many never would have expected from someone with his last name. “Little” just kicked the “biggest” field goal in NFL history in terms of distance against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 9.

Cam Little makes NFL history with field goal make

The Jaguars kicker just etched his name into league history with a 68-yard field goal for Jacksonville entering halftime. It was an electric moment for the young boot and his team. Little hit this attempt with room to spare as well.

This successful attempt for Little hands him a title that he had really already earned but not received. Little nailed a 70-yard attempt during the preseason. With that, exhibition game makes do not count toward the history books, but this one will for the Jags kicker. Little has emerged as one of the top kickers in the AFC so far this season.

During a rough first half for Jacksonville, it ended on a historic high note for one of their key players. Let’s see if Liam Coen’s team can now build off it against Las Vegas.
