2027 four-star wide receiver Lawrence Britt included the Tennessee Vols among his top 10 schools this week, but he didn’t name UT as one of his six leaders.

Britt included Tennessee, Missouri, Miami, Vanderbilt, Florida, Florida State, Ole Miss, Georgia, Oregon, and Alabama in his top 10 schools.

The four-star wide receiver, though, told On3 that Missouri, Vanderbilt, Florida, Florida State, Miami, and Ole Miss are the six schools that are “really leading” in his recruitment.

Lawrence Britt is rated as one of the top 2027 recruits in the state of Tennessee

Britt, 6-foot-1/172 lbs from Memphis, TN, is rated by 247Sports as the No. 4 athlete in the nation and the No. 5 player in the state of Tennessee. He’s also rated as the No. 52 overall player in the 2027 recruiting class.

The talented wide receiver took an unofficial visit to Tennessee for the Vols’ overtime loss to the Georgia Bulldogs in September.

Britt is slated to visit Missouri this weekend for the Tigers’ big game against the Texas A&M Aggies..

Tennessee currently has three players committed to its 2027 recruiting class.
