Former Tennessee Vols star gives Colorado head coach Deion Sanders a big reason to smile
A former Tennessee Vols standout gave Deion Sanders a big reason to smile on Sunday.
Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders had a big smile on his face on Sunday thanks to a former Tennessee Vols standout.
Deion was in Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon to watch his son Shedeur Sanders’ first career NFL start for the Cleveland Browns against the Las Vegas Raiders.
In the fourth quarter, Shedeur threw his first career touchdown pass — thanks to some impressive moves from former Vols running back Dylan Sampson.
Sampson, who is also a rookie, caught the pass from Shedeur behind the line of scrimmage and took it 66 yards for the score.
The touchdown was the second of Sampson’s NFL career.
Shedeur made some good throws on Sunday against the Raiders. But his first career touchdown pass was all Sampson.
Either way, it left Coach Prime with a big smile on his face.
