Minnesota Vikings vs. Washington Commanders broadcast map — Will you be able to watch on TV?
Sunday’s game between the Vikings and Commanders isn’t just about getting the win, it’s also big when it comes to NFL Draft position.
The 4-8 Minnesota Vikings are returning home to U.S. Bank Stadium to face off against the 3-9 Washington Commanders.
It was a game that many had their eyes on going into the season, as it features two quarterbacks from the 2024 NFL Draft class in J.J. McCarthy and Jayden Daniels. Both players have dealt with injuries this season, including missing Sunday’s games due to them. McCarthy looks to be returning from his concussion this Sunday, while Daniels could be returning from his dislocated elbow.
Going into the game, it would be great from an entertainment standpoint to have both players returning, and it could be massive for both teams. Here’s how you can watch the game.

Sunday’s game is about more than just a win
The fanbases for both teams know that their favorite teams won’t end up making the playoffs after doing so last year. Getting a win on Sunday will help stabilize each team’s tough season. There is going to be more on the line for both teams as well, and it relates to April’s NFL Draft.
Whoever loses the game will end up having the tiebreaker for a higher draft pick. Right now, the Commanders are projected to pick sixth and the Vikings 11th. A Commanders win could end up vaulting the Vikings up as high as the fifth spot, depending on other results. A Vikings win won’t end up harming them too much, as they can only drop one spot to 12th, as the Miami Dolphins are the only team currently with five wins.
You don’t want to cheer for your team to lose, but at this point in the season, a loss could help you land a game-changing player in the first round, and possibly the second.
