A former Tennessee Vols offensive lineman is reportedly reentering the NCAA transfer portal.

According to On3’s Pete Nakos, former Vols offensive lineman Mo Clipper is planning to enter the transfer portal when it opens on Jan. 2.

Clipper, a former three-star recruit from Alpharetta, GA, spent the last two seasons at Charlotte.

Mo Clipper spent two seasons with the Tennessee Vols

Clipper spent the first two seasons of his college career with the Vols after signing with Tennessee during the 2022 recruiting cycle.

The Georgia native only appeared in three games for the Vols, playing in one game in 2023 and two games in 2022.

Clipper, however, saw significant action at Charlotte the last two seasons (he played over 700 snaps in 2025 per On3).

The former Vol has elite size at 6-foot-5/315 pounds. He should have plenty of suitors considering the amount of playing time he’s received the last two seasons at Charlotte.
