WWE superstar The Miz went viral this week for using the Tennessee Vols to troll the South Carolina Gamecocks during a live event.

Friday Night SmackDown was in Columbia, SC this week. And former Gamecocks wide receiver Matrick Belton, known as Trick Williams in WWE, was in the building.

The Miz, a native of Ohio, confronted Belton in the ring and threw some major shade at South Carolina.

“I want to get out of the this dumpster fire of a city with your stupid chicken Gamecock,” said The Miz. “If I lived here, I’d Volunteer to move to Tennessee.”

That’s a solid troll job from The Miz. That’s a guy who knows how to get a reaction from the crowd.

Belton caught 11 passes for 121 yards during his time with the Gamecocks. His best game actually came against Tennessee when he caught 2 passes for a career high 34 yards in a 27-24 loss to the Vols.
