Drew Gilbert is one of one.

But Tennessee Vols fans have known that for years.

Gilbert, in his second season with the San Francisco Giants, is going viral on Saturday for doing the famous one pump Key and Peele skit after a win over the Chicago White Sox.

The former Vol did the pumping while teammates Harrison Bader and Casey Schmitt took a knee and looked on.

I’m certain I’ve never seen that skit performed during an MLB game before.

If you’re confused, there’s some backstory here.

The Giants’ outfielders went viral last week for their exuberant post-game thrusting.

Giants manager Tony Vitello, who coached Gilbert at Tennessee from 2020 to 2022, referenced the Key and Peele skit while discussing the “celebration” with Chris Rose.

It looked like Gilbert kept it to one pump, so he shouldn’t have to worry about getting called to the manager’s office.

But I wouldn’t be surprised if the Giants’ version of the Key and Peele skit is one and done (while Gilbert may not get a call from Vitello, the league office may have something to say).
