Former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson tweeted on Monday night that he’ll be at Carolina’s practice on Tuesday.
Johnson was out and about in Charlotte on Monday ahead of Tuesday’s practice.
Earlier this offseason, Johnson said that he planned to work with Panthers wide receiver Xavier Leggette ahead of an important year for the young receiver.
“He’s going to be alright, he’s coming to see me this offseason,” said Johnson of Legette in February. “I guarantee you he’s going to be alright. He’s special. He just needs someone to unlock the ‘special’ that I can see from far away.”
