And it was really cool after the game seeing those guys. I’ve gotten some really cool pictures, you know, Jacob’s dad sent me a really cool picture of Jacob and (Miami Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas) and Caleb Rogers whenever they played the Raiders.”

Living is good for the Red Raiders right now, who were a strong contender in the College Football Playoff last season and boasted a slew of NFL Draft talent. Miami, of course, collected a pair of top-100 investments out of the program with the selections of Rodriguez and Douglas. Both have made their mark on this young Dolphins season early, too.
Mahomes ultimately gets the last laugh here — his Chiefs won by two touchdowns and moved to 3-0 on the season. But if it makes him feel any better for the interception, something tells me that Mahomes won’t be the only quarterback Rodriguez plucks a ball from this season. The next one won’t be Red Raider on Red Raider crime, either.
